D'Lauro & Rodgers, Inc. can function as a General Contractor or Construction Manager for any type of project ranging from small service projects for a few thousand dollars to multi-tenant, multi-million dollar projects. We have established ourselves as a quality and performance oriented construction organization specializing in commercial, retail and institutional projects.

In addition to the typical fit-out projects that we perform, we are also Construction Managers for several Center City high-rise office buildings. We offer a multitude of services, including, but not limited to, value engineering, design-build services and preparation of budget estimates for lease negotiations.

D&R was founded in December 1990. The construction experience of the founders ranged from tenant renovation projects to single-user or multi-tenant industrial buildings, shopping centers, laboratories, and office buildings. From the beginning, we used our experiences to focus on tenant fit-out projects. Over the years, we have remained true to this business model. Due to the philosophy and quality of services D&R provides, we have continuously increased our client base and have expanded into retail fit-outs.
