This tenant fit-out project included open workstation areas on two floors and high-end construction and finishes for the accounting firm's executive offices. A coordinated effort by all parties was required for the careful management of the co-mingling of salvaged detailed office millwork with new custom millwork and finishes for the 45th floor executive offices, reception area and upscale elevator lobby.

The board room was constructed with custom millwork entrance doors and sidelights, fabric covered acoustical wall panel system and built-in millwork. Acoustical ceiling tiles surround a recessed drywall ceiling with custom lighting and lighting controls. The board room also includes a custom A/V and sound system for client presentations.

The reception area is adjacent to the interior commuting stair with custom glass surround and lighting scheme. The area has cherry wood floor finishes, painted partitions with custom reveals, acoustical ceilings, and custom reception desk. The reception area is accessed immediately off the main elevator lobby, which was completed in conjunction with the tenant work and includes all custom finishes.

All work was carefully coordinated with the hands-on tenant and their architectural and engineering consultants. Scheduling was managed to time a successful completion and turn-over of finished space within the challenging time parameters and milestones established by the tenant.
